Guardix is one platform for running a security company: scheduling, verified clock-ins, live GPS tracking, guard tours, incident reports, payroll, invoicing and a client portal, plus on-demand dispatch and a jobs marketplace for licensed officers.
When an officer clocks in, the app checks the photo against their profile and confirms they are in uniform and inside the site geofence. Anything that does not match is flagged to a supervisor with the photo attached.
Yes. Officers use the same app on iPhone and Android to see their schedule, clock in, scan checkpoints, use push-to-talk, train on post orders and file reports.
Send a request with the site, the shift and the type of officer you need. Guardix offers it to qualified officers nearby, shows you who accepts, and tracks them to post with a verified clock-in. You get a shift report and an invoice when it ends.
Officers can create a profile, browse jobs and apply for free. Employers can post jobs and single shifts and hire from verified Guardix profiles.
