The service providers that help Guardix run its platform and may process Customer Personal Data.
Guardix uses the providers below to host, secure, and deliver its Services. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us, under written terms that protect it. Providers for AI features only process data when your organization turns those features on.
Our primary cloud infrastructure: application hosting, databases, file storage, backups, and content delivery.
Cloud services, Google Maps Platform for maps and geocoding, and Firebase for push notifications in our mobile apps.
Text messages, voice calls, login verification codes, and email.
Sign-in, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication for Guardix accounts.
AI features such as report writing help and summaries, when your organization turns them on.
AI assistant and AI agent features, when your organization turns them on.
This list may be updated from time to time under Section 7 of our Data Processing Addendum. Where a provider is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, transfers may also rely on that certification. Guardix may also use other providers for monitoring, security, customer support, and payments, and will add any that process Customer Personal Data to this list.
