Managed Dispatch

A dispatch desk for your guard company, staffed around the clock

Guardix dispatchers watch your tours, check-ins and alarms through the night, call the right person and write everything down. Your supervisors sleep; your clients get an answer.

The protocol

Five steps, every time

The same order for every alert, so nothing depends on who is on shift.

  1. 01

    Receive

An alarm, a missed tour, a panic press or a late check-in reaches the desk the moment it happens.

  2. 02

    Verify

A dispatcher checks it against the post orders, the tour log and the officer's last known position.

  3. 03

    Dispatch

The nearest officer or on-call supervisor is contacted by app, SMS and voice call until someone confirms.

  4. 04

    Escalate

If nobody confirms, or the situation is serious, the desk follows your call tree up to emergency services.

  5. 05

    Report

The whole timeline lands in your incident log with who was called, when, and what they said.

We answered

Starter covers 1 to 99 officers, Scale covers 100 to 200 officers, and Enterprise covers 201+ officers. Use the slider above to see which one fits your roster.

No. The desk handles the first response and the paperwork. Your supervisors stay the people who decide, and the desk calls them by your own call tree.

The same Guardix platform you use: tour scans, check-ins, geofences and the officer app. There is no second system to learn or sync.

Yes. You give us your call tree and post orders at setup, and the desk follows them. Larger plans write response times into the agreement.

Request a demo. We review your sites and post orders with you, then agree a start date and which plan fits.

No. Dispatch Center is software for your own people. Managed Dispatch is the staffed desk. You can use either one, or both together.
