Guardix Security & Compliance

More control. Clearer accountability.

Your operation handles sensitive workforce details, property instructions, incident records, and client information. Guardix helps you organize that work around assigned access, documented responsibilities, and the information needed for review.

01

Give access a clear purpose.

An officer needs the information for the assignment. A supervisor needs context across the sites they manage. Finance needs the records it is authorized to review. A client needs the approved information for its properties.

Guardix supports role-based and site-specific access so organizations can configure permissions around those responsibilities. Review access as people join, change roles, or leave your operation.

02

Keep the evidence connected to the work.

Bring attendance records, patrol activity, required photos and answers, post-order acknowledgments, and incident reports into the relevant operational workflow. Give authorized reviewers the context to investigate an exception and document follow-up.

Operational records support review; they do not automatically prove that every instruction was followed or replace a required investigation.

03

Support compliance work before an issue becomes a scramble.

Workforce readiness

Organize documents, qualifications, training, and assigned requirements so the responsible team can review readiness for the role.

Clear instructions

Connect approved post orders, required acknowledgments, and tasks with the people assigned to carry them out.

Attendance and financial review

Review recorded hours, exceptions, configured rules, and approvals before payroll or client billing is authorized.

Client accountability

Share permitted reports and property information through access your organization controls.

04

Treat monitoring and recordings responsibly.

Routine workforce GPS tracking is limited to active shifts. Background location during an active shift supports relevant enabled functions; it does not authorize continuous off-duty tracking. Separately initiated emergency-location functions require appropriate notice and permissions.

Biometric verification, audio recording, and connected cameras require additional care. Applicable notices, legal bases, authorizations, retention limits, and access restrictions depend on the feature and location. A device permission alone does not replace a legally required consent or written release.

05

Keep people accountable for AI-assisted work.

Use supported AI functions to help prepare information and improve the clarity of work. Keep human review in the decisions that affect officers, clients, finances, and site response. Review incident facts, training content, scheduling suggestions, and payroll preparation before acting on them.

Ask about the providers, processing locations, and contractual terms relevant to the AI features you intend to enable.

06

Plan deployment across the U.S. and internationally.

An operation can share a platform while facing different local requirements. Assess workforce monitoring, recording, biometrics, licensing, retention, and international transfers for each relevant deployment.

Discuss actual hosting and support locations, data processing terms, and any residency requirement with Guardix before contracting. A user's location does not determine where information is stored. Regional feature availability and connected-device coverage must also be confirmed.

07

Review the details behind your requirements.

Contact Guardix about security documentation, processing arrangements, providers, retention, and the service commitments relevant to your purchase. Sensitive assurance material may require appropriate confidentiality arrangements; availability and scope must be confirmed.

Does Guardix make an organization automatically compliant?

Guardix supports compliance workflows. Applicable obligations depend on your organization, locations, configuration, and use. Your organization remains responsible for its duties, and Guardix remains responsible for obligations applying to its own services and processing.
