Guardix Security Drone

Coming Spring 2027

Your eyes above. Your team connected.

Guardix Security Drone, a compact camera drone with ducted propeller guards and a forward camera

Give your security team another perspective on the property it protects. The Guardix Security Drone brings together a compact 4K/60fps camera drone, a security-light configuration, officer mobile viewing, and dispatch coordination—so the aerial view joins the same conversation as the officer on the ground.

See more of the site. Give your team more context.

A perimeter concern. Unexpected movement near a vehicle lot. A part of the property that needs another look. Aerial visuals can add context to an authorized site assessment.

Guardix connects that perspective with the people reviewing the event, coordinating the response, and documenting the next action—supporting the officer’s judgment with another view of the assignment.

01

Aerial context for the assessment

Add an overhead perspective when an authorized site assessment needs more than the view from the ground.

02

Connected to the officer

The aerial view supports the officer on the assignment and the supervisor reviewing the situation.

03

Documented in Guardix

Record observations, decisions, and permitted material in the same workflow your team already uses.

Clear 4K recording for closer review.

Record at up to 4K and 60 frames per second to capture detailed footage for later review. A stabilized camera helps produce usable visuals as the aircraft moves through an approved flight.

Recording resolution and live-view quality are different specifications. The quality available inside Guardix depends on the approved video connection, devices, network, and integration design.

Above the site. Beside the officer. Connected through Guardix.

Built for a clearer view.

REC 00:00:004K60fps

4K/60fps recording

A 1/2-inch CMOS sensor records detailed footage at up to 4K and 60 frames per second, giving supervisors a clear visual reference for review.

Security-light configuration

A planned light-equipped version adds visible presence and supports selected viewing conditions during approved deployments.*

0min

Reference flight time

Approximately 19 minutes in manufacturer test conditions, or about 17 minutes with propeller guards. The light-equipped configuration may differ.*

Two-axis gimbal

A two-axis mechanical gimbal steadies the camera as the aircraft moves, with supported electronic stabilization depending on mode.

49 GB

Internal storage

Keep recorded flights on the aircraft for later review and documentation in the relevant Guardix workflow.

VisionInfraredLiDAR

Omnidirectional sensing to support the pilot

Vision sensing, downward infrared sensing, and forward-facing LiDAR assist the pilot within documented operating conditions. The pilot remains responsible for every flight.

A security light with a clear purpose.

Define the purpose of the light around the site and the task. Illumination, visibility lighting, and legally required aircraft anti-collision lighting serve different functions.

The final light, mounting, operating modes, and effect on aircraft performance will be confirmed for the offered configuration before launch in Spring 2027.

Aerial context in the officer’s hand.

The planned Guardix integration lets an authorized officer view supported aerial video inside the Guardix mobile app while staying connected to the site’s operational workflow.

An authorized supervisor or dispatcher can use the same visual context to understand what the officer is reviewing and coordinate the next step. Access follows each person’s role and assigned property.

Discuss the Connected App Experience
Planned experienceOpen an authorized drone view within Guardix.
Review the aerial perspective during an active deployment.
Communicate with the team handling the site.
ThenDocument observations and attach permitted material through supported reporting workflows. Flight control stays with the qualified pilot.

Add dispatch coordination to the view.

Pair the drone workflow with Guardix Dispatch. Dispatch can help coordinate officer communication, follow the agreed escalation procedure, notify designated contacts, and maintain the operational handoff.

Where 24/7 dispatch is contracted, coverage applies to the agreed dispatch tasks. Aircraft deployment still depends on a qualified pilot, flight permissions, aircraft availability, battery, weather, and site conditions.

Aerial context. Officer communication. A coordinated next step.

How the workflow comes together.

  1. 1

    Assess the request.

The responsible team identifies the site concern and whether an aerial assessment is appropriate.

  2. 2

    Authorize the flight.

A qualified pilot checks the aircraft, conditions, permissions, and approved operating area before launch.

  3. 3

    Share the supported view.

The approved connection makes video available to authorized Guardix users where the integration is enabled.

  4. 4

    Coordinate the response.

The officer, supervisor, and dispatch team use the available information to decide and communicate the next action.

  5. 5

    Document the follow-up.

Authorized staff record observations, decisions, and permitted supporting material in the relevant workflow.

Explore the fit for your property.

Warehouses and logistics sites

Review suitable perimeter areas, yards, and approaches within the authorized operating area.

Dealerships and vehicle lots

Add aerial context to an assessment of parked vehicles, access areas, or a reported concern.

Construction and industrial properties

Review appropriate exterior areas while accounting for people, equipment, obstacles, and site restrictions.

Commercial properties and residential communities

Assess whether an approved drone workflow supports the specific security task while respecting people and neighboring property.

Suitability depends on a site review and the actual operating permissions. A property boundary does not automatically establish permission to fly or record.

Questions before deployment

When will the Guardix Security Drone be available?

The Guardix Security Drone is coming in Spring 2027. Join the waitlist and our team will contact you as deployment details, configurations, and pricing are confirmed.

Will the officer see 4K/60fps live video in Guardix?

The camera records at up to 4K/60fps. Live-stream resolution, latency, and availability inside Guardix depend on the approved integration, devices, and network, and will be confirmed before launch.

Does the light make the aircraft ready for night operations?

A task or visibility light does not by itself satisfy aviation lighting requirements or establish conditions for obstacle sensing. The final configuration and each operation must meet the applicable requirements.

Can dispatch fly the drone from another location?

No. Video access and operational coordination are separate from flight control. A qualified pilot flies the aircraft with the approved control system.

Where can the drone be deployed?

Each deployment is assessed for the market, site, aircraft, connectivity, service scope, and local requirements. A property boundary or a Guardix account does not by itself establish permission to fly or record.
